What does sitework actually include?

Everything that happens before vertical construction: clearing and grubbing, demolition, excavation, fill and compaction, rough and fine grading, stormwater systems, and pad prep. If it involves dirt, pipe, or grade, it's our scope.

Yes. NOBL Sitework, LLC is a Florida Certified General Contractor (license #CGC1537340) and carries general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Certificates available on request.

Do you handle permitting?

Yes. We assist with local and state permitting as part of project scope and pull our own permits when required, including land clearing, demolition, and right of way permits.

Yes. Send your civil set and we'll return a real proposal priced line by line, not a guess. We build to engineered spec and coordinate inspections.

My lot floods. Can you fix drainage?

Usually, yes. We help design and we build retention and detention ponds, swales, French drains, and storm piping that meet Florida stormwater code and actually move water.

Who handles erosion control on your projects?

We self perform erosion control and keep a state certified erosion control inspector on staff. Silt fence, inlet protection, and stabilization get installed correctly the first time and maintained until the site passes final inspection.

Yes. We own a 30 acre dirt pit at 3125 River Rd in Navarre and sell clean fill by the cubic yard. We load your truck at the pit or we deliver with our own trucks. Call 850-238-3307.

Anyone can buy. Hauling companies, contractors, and homeowners are all welcome at the pit.
