Land Clearing

Selective or full site clearing for homesites, subdivisions, and commercial parcels. We walk the site first, mark what stays, protect root zones on keeper trees, and clear the rest: grubbing stumps, hauling debris, and leaving a workable site instead of a mess. Brush, tree, and stump removal with full grubbing. Selective clearing to preserve tree lines and buffers. Debris haul off, no burn piles left smoldering. Clearing plus rough grade in a single mobilization saves real money. Erosion control and silt fence installation.

Demolition

Residential and light commercial structure removal, done by the book: utilities disconnected and capped, permits pulled, structure down, debris hauled, site left clean and ready to grade. House, outbuilding, and slab demolition. Concrete and asphalt removal and haul off. Utility disconnect coordination and capping. Permitted, documented closeout.

Excavation & Grading

Dirt is the foundation of the foundation. We cut, fill, compact, and grade to engineered spec so pads pass certification and water goes where the plans say it should. Building pad cut, fill, and compaction. Rough and fine grading to plan. Driveways and access roads with base placement and compaction. Pond digging and earthwork. Laser and GPS grade control.

Stormwater & Drainage

Florida rain is not optional. Working drainage is. We build the systems that keep sites dry and code compliant. Retention and detention ponds. Storm drain piping, inlets, and junction structures. Swales, French drains, and yard drainage. Pond maintenance, regrades, and repairs.

Fill Dirt & Hauling

We own a 30 acre borrow pit in South Santa Rosa County, which means we harvest and haul our own fill dirt with our own trucks. Your project never waits on a dirt broker, and you skip the middleman markup. Fill dirt harvested, hauled, and placed. Compacted lifts to spec. Volume pricing for builders and developers.

Erosion Control

Silt fence, inlet protection, and site stabilization installed right and maintained through final inspection. We keep a state certified erosion control inspector on staff, so the measures protecting your site are planned, installed, and checked by someone trained to the same standard as the county and state inspectors who visit your job. That keeps your project compliant, keeps mud out of the street, and keeps stop work orders off your site.
