How the price works

We load downed trees and tree debris with our own crew and machines and haul it to our pit in Navarre. You pay one flat price for each load we haul.

Full or not, a load is a load. Every load costs the same whether it's packed full or only partly full. If your debris fills half a dumpster, you pay for one dumpster.
The machine doesn't change the price. We bring the machine that fits your property: an excavator, a mini excavator or a skid steer. The price is the same whichever one we use.
Your ZIP code sets the price. In Navarre it's $720 for an 18 cubic yard dump truck load or $1,200 for a 30 cubic yard dumpster. That works out to $40 per cubic yard.

What we haul

What goes in: downed trees, logs, limbs, brush, leaves, and stumps from downed trees.

What doesn't: shingles, siding, fencing, lumber, drywall, furniture, appliances, mattresses, bagged trash, tires.

Trees near your house

To protect your home, we don't remove trees from houses, roofs, sheds or power lines. If a standing tree needs to come down and has clear room to fall, our excavator can push it over in one piece. If it has to come down in sections or fall between buildings, that's a job for an arborist.

We use heavy equipment, and it will leave ruts in your grass. If that's a concern, please call a local arborist.

County pickup is free. Use it if you can.

If you can get it to the curb, your county's curbside debris pickup is free. We're for what you can't move by hand: whole trees, big limbs and piles too large to drag to the road.

Answer a few yes or no questions and add a photo or two.
Book it. Booking is free.
We look at your photos and text you from 850-238-3307 to confirm your day, with a link to pay for the first load.

Extra loads are paid on the spot

We never load more than you booked without your OK. A partly full load costs the same as a full one, so as soon as we can see your debris needs another load, we'll show you, and you pay for that load right then, before we start loading it. Nothing gets billed later.

If you paid for more loads than we end up using, we refund the unused loads within 24 hours.

Why a local crew

We own our machines and our pit, so your debris has somewhere to go. We are a licensed Florida general contractor, not a crew that came to town for the storm. Our yard and pit are at 3125 River Rd in Navarre, and we'll still be here when the out-of-town crews are gone.

Washed out ground

Storms take dirt as well as leaving debris. If you have a washed out driveway, a scoured pad or a hole where ground used to be, we deliver fill dirt off our own pit and you can see the delivered price and book it yourself at order.noblsitework.com/order. Private roads, gated communities and HOAs

After a declared storm the county hires debris contractors to work the public right of way. Ask your county whether they will come down a private road or through a gate, because often the answer is no, or not for weeks. That pile is the one we haul. If you sit on an HOA board and need one contractor to handle the whole street, call and we will come look at it and price the road as one job.

What we do not do

Downed power lines belong to the power company. Trees on a roof or leaning on a house are tree service work until they are on the ground, and we can tell you who to call. Once it is on the ground, on the driveway, or in the road, it is ours. We haul debris and we regrade and refill washed out ground. We do not do roofing, gutting or mold work, and we will not pretend to.

Paperwork for your adjuster

You get an itemized invoice from a licensed and insured Florida general contractor, CGC1537340, with the license number printed on it, that you can hand straight to your insurance adjuster. Photograph the damage before we touch anything and keep the photos with the invoice.
