Storm Debris Removal in Northwest Florida

When a storm comes through, what it leaves behind is heavy, tangled, and full of things that will not fit in a pickup. NOBL Sitework clears it and hauls it off. We run our own excavators, loaders, dump trucks and forestry mulcher, and we own a 30 acre pit in Navarre, so we are never hunting for somewhere to put what we load.

Licensed Florida general contractor CGC1537340. General liability and workers comp in place, certificates on request. Yard and pit at 3125 River Rd, Navarre.

What we clear and haul off

  • Downed trees, limbs and root balls
  • Storm damaged fence, decking and outbuildings
  • Roofing debris, siding and torn off metal
  • Sheds and carports that did not make it
  • Torn out drywall and flooring after flooding
  • Sand and mud pushed across driveways and pads
  • Junk piles and general wreckage
  • Regrading and fill where the storm washed ground away

Why people call us after a storm

We own the machines, so we are not waiting on a rental yard when every yard in the panhandle is empty. We own the pit, so clean debris has a place to go. We are a licensed general contractor, not a crew that appeared in town after the wind stopped, and you can look the license up before you let anybody on your property. Same phone number next year.

Straight talk about timing

After a big one, every contractor down here is buried and the phones do not stop. We will tell you honestly where you fall in the line instead of promising a day we cannot hit. If your situation is dangerous or blocking access, say so when you call and we will factor that in.

Before we get there

  • Photograph everything before anything moves
  • Pull out to the road only what you can move safely
  • Keep storm debris separate from household trash
  • Set aside anything holding fuel, paint or chemicals
  • Note what is buried in the pile so nobody finds it with a machine
  • Stay clear of downed power lines. That is the power company's work, not ours, and it is the one thing not to wait on

Washed out ground

Storms take dirt as well as leaving debris. If you have a washed out driveway, a scoured pad or a hole where ground used to be, we deliver fill dirt off our own pit and you can see the delivered price and book it yourself at order.noblsitework.com/order. Bigger repairs, call us and we will come look at it.

Rated 5.0 on Google

"NOBL Workers and management were top notch and listened to our concerns."

"Zach was very thorough and explained what he would do and followed through."

We work: Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Escambia, Walton and Bay counties, including Navarre, Gulf Breeze, Milton, Pace, Pensacola, Destin, Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, Niceville, Santa Rosa Beach, Freeport and DeFuniak Springs.

Private roads, gated communities and HOAs

After a declared storm the county hires debris contractors to work the public right of way. Ask your county whether they will come down a private road or through a gate, because often the answer is no, or not for weeks. That pile is the one we haul. If you sit on an HOA board and need one contractor to handle the whole street, call and we will come look at it and price the road as one job.

What we do not do

Downed power lines belong to the power company. Trees on a roof or leaning on a house are tree service work until they are on the ground, and we can tell you who to call. Once it is on the ground, on the driveway, or in the road, it is ours. We haul debris and we regrade and refill washed out ground. We do not do roofing, gutting or mold work, and we will not pretend to.

Paperwork for your adjuster

You get an itemized invoice from a licensed and insured Florida general contractor, CGC1537340, with the license number printed on it, that you can hand straight to your insurance adjuster. Photograph the damage before we touch anything and keep the photos with the invoice.
