Residential Lot Clearing: Scott Lane, Fort Walton Beach, FL

In progress, June 2026. Full clearing of a wooded infill lot for new home construction: selective tree removal, grubbing, debris haul off, and rough grade, all coordinated with the owner’s build schedule. We walked the lot with the customer before the first machine started, marked the keeper trees, confirmed setbacks, then went to work.

Stormwater Collection System: Northwest Florida

Precast concrete junction structures set and tied into HDPE storm drain runs, bedded, backfilled, and inspected. Built to engineered spec as part of a larger site development scope.

Commercial Pad & Base Grading: Northwest Florida

Building pad cut to grade, base material hauled and placed by our own trucks from our own pit, compacted and proof rolled, ready for vertical construction.
